 Rates:

These our some of our standard support rates and packages.  These rates apply to helpdesk, standard IT support services, and emergency on-site services.  Software implementations, security assessments and network assessments are generally not covered by these rates.

Fee for Service (Hourly)

Fee for Service (hourly) provides remote or on-site reactive technical support service for your business as needed. Simply place a call to request support and pay an hourly rate for the services used.

$1 per minute, min 30 minutes

Standard 8am-5pm on-site service

$50 per ½ hour, min 1 hour

Emergency 8am-5pm on-site service

$100 per ½ hour, min 1 hour

 

Block-time Service

Block Time provides your organization with on-site service at a discounted rate if a “block” of hours is purchased in advance. This is a common way to purchase reactive technical service from a service provider you commonly do business with.

Contract Service

Contract Service is the ideal solution for most organizations. At Brilliant Technologies we provide a service called Manage-IT which provides both proactive and reactive technical services as well as shared CIO services which provides your organization with a knowledgeable technology manager who will meet with you monthly and assume all day-to-day technology functions from purchasing and vendor selection to exploring ways you can use IT strategically to generate revenue.
